OUR SERVICES

The main goal of Decomedical company is the achievement of each single client’s full satisfaction. Consequently, it  provides several kind of services to support professional operators in their activities performances, in order to use at the best all Decomedical devices and, at the same time, by preserving the maximum equipment efficiency  for a long time.

Technical and operating support

A qualified staff is available to give phone assistance and to respond to requirements of all wholesalers, professional aesthetics operators and end users from Monday to Friday – from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. / from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Repair service

In case of device malfunction or damage, Decomedical takes care of the device picking up by its own express courier within 24 working hours whenever necessary and after the receipt of the assistance request. Thanks to the excellent efficiency of the repair service, Decomedical assures a prompt return of repaired products to clients.

Spare parts availability

With more than 18.000 items (components, accessories and spare parts for the production of the wide beauty equipment range), Decomedical provides an efficient and prompt post-sales assistance to clients, by assuring the delivery of the requested material (subjected to their stock availability) in 24 working hours from the spare parts order placing. .

24 months of guarantee

Decomedical equipment have a two consecutive solar years guarantee starting from the date of the original purchase, in accordance with the conditions listed into the warranty certificate. Decomedical guarantee has to be meant as substitution or free repairing of the equipment spare parts considered as faulty because of components or manufacturing defects. Guarantee services will be provided only if the original invoice or sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase, model name, serial number and dealer’s name) is presented with the defective product within the guarantee period.

Decomedical provides its clients with a modern and well-equipped centre for free oral and technical trainings on how to use beauty equipment at best. The theoretical – scientific teaching is supported by multimedia tools and by practical demonstrations made by expert tutors. The participation at Decomedical training courses is documented by the release of the attendance certificate.
