Repair service
In case of device malfunction or damage, Decomedical takes care of the device picking up by its own express courier within 24 working hours whenever necessary and after the receipt of the assistance request. Thanks to the excellent efficiency of the repair service, Decomedical assures a prompt return of repaired products to clients.
Spare parts availability
With more than 18.000 items (components, accessories and spare parts for the production of the wide beauty equipment range), Decomedical provides an efficient and prompt post-sales assistance to clients, by assuring the delivery of the requested material (subjected to their stock availability) in 24 working hours from the spare parts order placing.
International warranty valid for 24 months
Decomedical guarantees its products for a period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set out in the warranty certificate. Decomedical’s international warranty covers the component parts of the equipment that are originally defective due to material or manufacturing defects. The warranty and the terms are only valid upon presentation of the correctly filled out warranty certificate together with the purchase receipt (showing the dealer’s details, date of purchase, model name and serial number).
